💫 Helen is the most honest, spiritual, insightful and skillful teacher and therapist. Her intuition is very strong and spot on, and you sense that her frequency is very high, so one can really learn a lot from her. 🌟
I have had other therapists since I started to go to therapy in 2008. I have no problem being sad or digging into the difficult stuff from my life that hurts. I am not afraid of that. But dealing with the past seems easy as a client in her company. She somehow makes you see and importantly also feel different about the most difficult aspects in your life; e.g. complicated relationships with friends, family and/or your boyfriend. So you are able to rise from that difficult place and take on a whole new, powerful view and take up your space in the world with integrity and your true, loving self. ✨
