Cancellation Policy

Please know that if you cancel your appointment ON the day you will lose your money. There are no refunds. If you wish to reschedule your appointments please do so 2 days before unless you have an emergency. All appointments will be automatically cancelled if have not signed and returned the terms and conditions. All appointments will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late online and have not communicated. There are absolutely no refunds. There is a charge of £100.00 for latecomers. If there is an absolute emergency or ill health, then the appointment will be rescheduled. Buyer's remorse is NOT considered. By paying for a service, you agree to these terms.
